Eligibility
Early childhood and early intervention services: Children 0-6 years with hearing impairment. School support services: Students from Reception to Year 12 with hearing impairment. Adults: Pensioners with Department of Veteran Affairs gold or white card or Office for Hearing Services voucher. Private patients: all ages. Referral for hearing impairment services must be accompanied by audiological information

- Early intervention services for children with hearing impairment - including Parent Infant Program (PIP), parent-child music groups, pre-school support services
- Student and School Support Services - including individual AV education sessions, transition planning and support, school visits to students and long distance services
- Resources for parents - newsletter, books, videos
- WHISPA youth mentoring network for children during transition from primary to high school
- Workshops on hearing impairment for teachers and other professionals in the field
